Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026

By accessing this website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or authorizing work with REVIX, you agree to the applicable terms below.

Services

REVIX provides scheduled mobile commercial diesel maintenance and compliance services for owner-operators and commercial fleets. Services may include preventive maintenance (PM), engine oil and filter service, fuel filter replacement, chassis and fifth-wheel lubrication, basic PM safety checks, California Clean Truck Check (CTC) testing, and other specifically approved maintenance or repair services within REVIX's capabilities.

Services are performed only as authorized and listed on the applicable quote, work order, or invoice. Additional work requires customer approval before it is performed.

REVIX is a scheduled mobile maintenance and compliance service and is not an emergency roadside, towing, or rescue service.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is provided before service through a quote or estimate. Standard PM labor, travel, parts and materials, CTC testing, and any additional services are priced separately as applicable.

When REVIX supplies parts or materials, the quoted parts and materials deposit must be paid before they are purchased and the appointment is confirmed.

Payment of the remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless alternative commercial payment terms have been approved by REVIX in writing before service.

Additional work or charges require customer approval before being performed.

Scheduling & Access

REVIX provides scheduled mobile service by appointment. Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is available, accessible, and located in a safe and suitable work area at the scheduled time.

Customer must provide any necessary permission for REVIX to perform service at the location. If the vehicle or work area is unavailable, inaccessible, or unsafe after REVIX has traveled to the location, the applicable travel fee may remain due and a new appointment may be required.

REVIX may reschedule service when weather, safety, equipment issues, or other circumstances make the work unsafe or impractical. No customer penalty will apply when REVIX initiates the reschedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, or customer-related issues that prevent service after REVIX has traveled to the location, may result in the applicable travel fee remaining due.

A return visit or rescheduled service may be treated as a new appointment with a new applicable travel fee.

Parts & Materials

Customers may supply their own parts, fluids, and materials or request that REVIX source them.

Customer-supplied materials must be correct, complete, and suitable for the vehicle. REVIX is not responsible for defective, incorrect, or insufficient customer-supplied materials.

When REVIX sources parts or materials, the required deposit must be received before purchase. Parts and fluids will be reasonably verified for the vehicle's specific configuration before purchase and installation.

If incorrect or missing materials prevent the scheduled service from being completed, a return appointment and applicable travel fee may be required.

Additional Repairs & Findings

If REVIX identifies additional maintenance or repair needs during service, the customer will be informed before additional work is performed.

Additional work requires customer approval and may be quoted separately. REVIX may complete approved additional work during the same visit when parts, time, equipment, and conditions allow. Otherwise, a separate appointment may be required.

REVIX may stop work if an unexpected condition makes continued service unsafe or could cause additional damage.

PM Safety Check & Inspection Limitations

The REVIX PM Safety Check is a basic visual maintenance check performed as part of applicable preventive maintenance services. It is not a comprehensive vehicle inspection, diagnostic inspection, DOT Annual Inspection, or BIT inspection.

The PM Safety Check does not guarantee that the vehicle is free from defects or future mechanical problems. Any conditions observed during service may be documented and communicated to the customer.

Pre-Existing Conditions & Workmanship

REVIX is responsible for its own workmanship.

REVIX is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, deterioration, defective components, previously damaged or improperly repaired components, or unrelated vehicle failures not caused by REVIX.

If an abnormal or unexpected condition is discovered during service, REVIX may stop work, document the condition, notify the customer, and provide additional recommendations or pricing when appropriate.

Clean Truck Check Testing

REVIX may provide California Clean Truck Check testing for qualifying vehicles when applicable.

Testing is performed according to applicable program requirements; however, REVIX does not guarantee that a vehicle will pass a Clean Truck Check test or otherwise satisfy applicable emissions requirements.

Repairs, diagnostics, or corrective work required following a failed test are separate from the testing service unless specifically included in the authorized scope of work.

Vehicle Authorization & Access

By authorizing service, the customer represents that they own the vehicle or have authority to authorize work on the vehicle.

The customer authorizes REVIX to reasonably access the vehicle, cab, keys, engine compartment, and other areas necessary to perform the approved services, including starting or shutting down the vehicle and reasonably repositioning it when necessary for service.

Service Documentation & Photos

REVIX may photograph or otherwise document the vehicle, components, parts, fluids, pre-existing conditions, work performed, and completed service for service records, quality control, and documentation purposes.

Service-related photographs and records may be associated with the customer's work order, job, quote, or invoice.

Customer Property

Customers are responsible for securing personal belongings and valuables before service.

REVIX is not responsible for unsecured personal property located in or around the vehicle unless loss or damage is directly caused by REVIX.

Safety

REVIX may refuse, discontinue, or stop service when a work area, vehicle, customer request, weather condition, or other circumstance presents a safety concern or prevents the work from being performed properly.

Customers are responsible for keeping drivers, employees, children, pets, and other bystanders safely away from the active work area.

Used Parts & Waste

Unless otherwise agreed, removed parts and service-generated waste remain with the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing an appropriate location or container for retained used oil, filters, fluids, and other service-generated materials.

REVIX may offer removal of eligible service-generated waste when arranged in advance and when legally and safely permitted. Additional charges may apply.

Service Concerns

Customers should contact REVIX promptly with any concern regarding services performed.

REVIX will review the work performed, available service documentation, vehicle condition, parts involved, and other relevant information to determine an appropriate resolution.

REVIX is responsible for issues caused by its own workmanship but does not assume responsibility for unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions, defective customer-supplied parts, misuse, or conditions outside the authorized service performed.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

REVIX reserves the right to refuse, decline, discontinue, or stop service when permitted by applicable law.

Reasons may include unsafe working conditions, abusive or threatening behavior, nonpayment, unsuitable or incorrect parts, inaccurate vehicle or service information, work outside REVIX's capabilities, or other circumstances that prevent REVIX from safely or reasonably completing the requested service.

Customer Conduct

REVIX expects professional and respectful interactions between customers and REVIX personnel.

Threatening, abusive, harassing, intimidating, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.

Limitation of Services

REVIX performs only the services specifically authorized by the customer.

Completion of preventive maintenance or other services does not represent or guarantee that the entire vehicle has been inspected, diagnosed, repaired, or determined to be free from defects.

Recommendations or conditions documented by REVIX that are not authorized for repair remain the customer's responsibility.

Changes to These Terms

REVIX may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to a specific service transaction will be the terms presented or otherwise applicable when the service is authorized, except where otherwise required by law.
