Revix Compliance is committed to providing professional and compliant mobile OBD emissions testing services. Due to the nature of compliance testing, refunds are limited as outlined below.

Non-Refundable Services

• Completed OBD compliance tests are non-refundable, regardless of pass or fail results.

• Fees are charged for time, travel, equipment use, and regulatory reporting.

• Test results submitted to regulatory agencies cannot be reversed or voided.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule prior to service.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

Retests

• A free retest is offered within seven (7) days if the vehicle is reported as “Not Ready,” provided no emissions-related repairs or modifications have been made.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Service was not performed due to a scheduling error on our part

• Payment was processed in error

Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Revix Compliance.
