By accessing this website or booking services with Revix Compliance (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services
Revix Compliance provides mobile On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) emissions compliance testing under the California CARB Heavy-Duty Inspection and Maintenance (HD I/M) Program.
Testing results reflect the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection only. Passing or failing results are transmitted in accordance with CARB requirements.
Pricing & Payment

Pricing is disclosed prior to service.

Single-truck testing is offered at a flat rate unless otherwise stated.

Fleet pricing is available and based on fleet size.

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
Scheduling & Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring vehicle access, power availability (if required), and a safe testing environment. Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling.
Retests
Free retests are offered within seven (7) days if the vehicle is reported as “Not Ready,” provided no additional repairs or modifications affecting emissions systems have been performed.
Cancellations
We request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service refusal.
Limitation of Liability
Revix Compliance is not responsible for:

Vehicle failures unrelated to the testing process

Fines, penalties, or enforcement actions imposed by regulatory agencies

Loss of income due to vehicle downtime
Compliance
Customers are responsible for maintaining their vehicles in compliance with CARB regulations. Our service does not guarantee regulatory approval beyond reported test results.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
